they might not have played it at all. maybe they play only gamecube crap. of course it maybe that they just say that to get other people to talking about video games. a X-box 360 version about to come out with the game and a wire-less controler.
but just in case: it is a great game.

OK Guitar Hero 2 is not a piece of SH@7!!! I just played it today for the first time ever, and on a real guitar, i couldn't learn one note on the fret. Using Guitar Hero, I could play Metallica and ACDC songs, along with stuff like Wolfmother. GUITAR HERO FREAKIN ROCKS DUDE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And, shoot me for saying this, but its almost cooler than Dance Dance Revolution!

proving them wrong by having people leave a message on yahoo answers is silly. put the game in the ps2, get a second guitar controller and multiplayer for a few songs. i've yet to find someone who still insists its a bad game after actually trying it. we're talking people that hate video games. my sister loves it. my MOM loves it. my dad wont try it. my friends all love it.
basically, once they try it, they wont think that. if they say its a bad game again, say "ill make a deal with you. you play gh2 with me for 15 minutes. if you still think its a bad game, w/e thats your opinion."

You can not make them. No matter how much you like it. I'm a pokemon nerd but everyone else I knoe except my brother thinks it's the stupidest thing ever but I don't care and I'm happy. =)
