Hiya!

Oi, well, it may be a very very specific question, but I jus LOVE these kind of songs!

So my question is, if you all know a good hip-hop, r&b, or any other genre, with a constant beat of a flute (or something that sounds like a flute in the background) song, can you help me out and list them? =D

I mean, if you have NO idea what I'm talking about, here are some examples:

"Heat It Up" - Bubba Sparxxx
and
"Don't Be Shy" - Rouge

both killer songz, I must admit! Yay!

help anyone? =]

Definitely Ian Anderson - with Jethro Tull, or solo on The Secret Life of Birds. Tull does a version of Bouree that's to DIE for - on the Bursting Out album. He's brilliant.

Marshall Tucker Band - Heard it in a love song, the opening, I LOVE it, and the solo 2 minutes in. Country.

Tim Weisberg and Dan Fogelberg - Twin sons of different mothers; or Tim solo album Revolutions

If you like jazz/classical - find Claude Bolling's Suite for Flute n Jazz Piano - there's a I and II.. brilliant - features Jean Pierre Rampal

Herbie Mann - It's a Funky Thing
Herbie Mann - Hi-Jack (Johnny d & Nicky P Remix)

Rod Stewart - Ooh la la

Steve Winwood, Keep on Running - Smiling Phases, Heaven is in your Mind

Anything by the Chieftans? lol

Kitaro - Ancient, track Ancient of wind - really nice flute solo, not background
