what is memory dump
i'm getting a blue screen with that msg
how can i solve this>?

The memory dump message is generally a red herring as the STOP code and any file reference are the important things to not down when fault finding a BSOD. These are often hardware related or conflicts in memory allocations but can be software related too. Think about any software that you have installed recently...

burn this to CD-R as an ISO image (using Nero or imgburn) and boot with it to test yr memory for errors. This should be able to run without errors for a LONG time. Try it overnight just to test yr memory...
BSODs can be tricky and painful to fault find; if yr PC has a bootable diagnostic partition then use it also.

Below is the direct translation. The english simple verison is You are having a problem booting. As your computer starts to boot watch what errors are showing so you can see where the problem is. You may even just have some bad memory, I would start there if you just upgraded your memory. To get the Win screen out of your way to the errors press the ESC key.

After you id the errors go into safe mode to try and correct them.

it doesn't sound good. it might be the ram or hd.
