if soriano is still available i would take him, there is no better mix of speed and power in the league. which means you dont have to waste a pick on a high stealer later in the draft. howard would be my next choice (but he will probably be gone by the 6th pick), followed by a-rod or beltran (these two will realistically be your choice in the 6th pick). i would probably take arod over beltran, because he offers you better average, and he might be in the last year of a contract, so he has the incentive to put up some big stats.

do not listen to the people who said vlad or crawford. both are solid 2nd round picks, but with the 6th pick you can do much better.

The best player available. You will most likely be left with A-Rod, Soriano or Crawford - which ever you pick you will need to build on.

Soriano, Ortiz, Ramirez, whoever the the best player available in your draft when your pick comes up.
Good luck drafting.

i would take them in this order if any of them are around.
soriano - power and SB, should have better numbers with lee and aramis behind him.
alex rodriguez - lost weight, should improve speed. offensive #s should be better
ryan howard - lots of power, more than arod and soriano but he doesnt give you SBs. HRs and RBIs are easy to get anyway.

I did a couple mock drafts... In one of them Soriano was still around, and in another one I did Howard one... I'd take one of the two if they're still around. Soriano over Howard.
