If you have an itching anus or sore tummy and sense something wriggling there you would do proper best to take an over the counter dewormer. Either liquid form for pin worms or herbal pill for tapeworms.
Do not eat fast food containing chicken from KFC etc since has level of bacteria since they feed dead wormy chickens to chickens
