I dont understand your question, you mention the words "Music" and the words "RnB" & "Hip Hop" in the same phrase....could it be you are making that common mistake of confusing "RnB" & "Hip Hop" with actual "music"??? SHAME ON YOU!!! Ha ha ha!!!

i don't really like that sort of music, but www.purevolume.com is a pretty good site...i think, I'm not sure if they do hip hop stuff
there's a band called Gym Class Heroes that are kind of hip hop...its sort of like rock/hip hop....i don't know....

The MTV site is good. From there you can go to MTV Base for reviews etc

last.fm is the best site for this. if you download the programme it records what tracks you listen to, compiles lists of your most listened etc and then finds people with similar tastes, recommends new music thats similar to yours, warns you of upcoming gigs of your fav artists, the list goes on. check it out
