Bluetooth ringtones from comp to cell?

I have an LG chocolate and 2 computers that are bluetooth enabled. One is a Sony Vaio, and the other is a toshiba sattelite (laptop). My next door neighbor has a macbook, and when he connects his phone to his computer he sends songs and stuff to it via bluetooth and *bam* theres your ringtone. I was wondering if i could do the same with my phone, and I have already found a way to connect the phone to the computer, but I have no idea on how to send files and make them ringtones.

P.S the sound files are all under 30 seconds long, for I edited them with iTunes, and I am almost positive that they are in the .m4a format.

If your computer is Blue Tooth enabled. Right click on the music you want to send and then go to send via blue tooth and search for your device. Remeber you need to turn your Blue Tooth on for your LG Choco.
That is one way.... Another way is to use the card reader from your laptop. Stick your memory card from your cellfone into the the card reader and just drag the music you want into the memory card.
