I am looking for suggestions for a good role playing game. My favorite role playing game by far is the Diablo series, but I want soemthing for the PS2. Any suggestions on a game that would be similiar to the Diablos or dungeons and dragons.

Baldurs Gate Dark Alliance one and two, and Champions of Norath one and two are both Diablo-like games for the PS2. Square Enix and Atlus are good companies to check for rpgs and strategy rpgs. I would list them for each company but there are too many to list.

Not much of an option for the PS2. Final Fantasy are always fun. You might check into Romance of the Three Kingdoms X for something different. It is a strategy, but has strong elements of RPG and a story arc.

arc the lad....my fav good role play lots of characters & takes a while to beat...not too hard just long
