if i hit clear zune will it delete the songs/videos that it came with??

please help me!!! please answer!!!

i accidently hit update zune manually and i dont want to do that anymore. so wen i hit update automatically it tries to overwrite my stuff.

will it erase the videos/songs it came with?? ex. fasterkill pussycat, drain cosmetics, and more??
