you are walking down the street. and walking in front of you someone drops something. how far would that person have to be away from you for you to decide not to alert them that they dropped something?

there are other variables of course. men will have MUCH higher distances if it is a beautiful woman who drops something than if it were another man who had dropped something.

It depends on what they dropped and I would have to decide quickly if I picked it up, could I catch up with them to give it back. But in short yes I would pick it up, no matter what the distance.:)

I wouldn't run after them. I guess I would just yell at them that they dropped something. These days you don't know who will turn on you or something.

I would notify them or return it as soon as I saw it happen regardless of gender, race or religious affiliation

it wouldnt make much diffence to me if it was a woman or a guy that dropped it.

To be honest - I doubt to what degree this is an apathy test. -Some are simply more shy than others.
