When we received a used hard drive it had porn on it that I definitely don't want to see. How can it be removed?

first you must find the files.
they may be in your internet temporary. if so, right click IE and get properties.
go to temp files and delete all.
if you are already on IE, you can do the same from the tool box.
if they are stored elsewhere on your computer, you just need find the location. do a search from the task bar by giving part of the name. they most likely will all be together. delete the entire folder / folders.
then defrag your computer.
