How Should I feed my pet gold fish when im away on vacoation for 2 weeks? Im thinking i should get an automatic fish feeder but i don't feel safe leaving that incharge, i will not know if it is working properly. If you have any knowledge on automatic feeders or anything else please help, that would be great! Thanks

They have fish feeders you can just leave in the water. I think they might have a 14 day feeder. I know they have a seven day and a ten day. They usually look like pyramids and you just put it in the tank and your fish will feed off of it. Sometimes they have different shaped ones. I know Petco and Petsmart carry them for sure. Try the automatic feeder while you are home to make sure it works and if it does then you can use it while you are gone.

Automatic fish feeders are a waste of money! you can go into a local pet store and they will sell holiday blocks you just put them in the tank and they will last until you come pack they are reasonably cheap and you can rely on it! Have a nice holiday! Good luck xx

Go to petsmart and buy a automatic fish feeder. You put the food into a little container that sits on the edge of your tank and you can change the settings on it to feed them every day. Its very neat and saves neighbors from having to come over and take care of your fish.

You can go to your local pet store and buy tablets that feed your fish for like a week or more depending on the size.

Have a friend or relative feed them while you are away, or you will have to trust the auto feeder.

Go to petsmart and get a vacation feeder, they are little white blocks that will release so much food each day, they will be fine.

Pet stores, Wal Mart sell vacation food you put in the bottom of your tank. Looks like a sea shell. Worked for me

there r tablets u can drop into the water b4 u leave tht will divolve and feed ur fish

Have'nt you got anyone that can look after fish for you while your away...they are'nt exactly hard to look after :)

ask a friend if you can bring it over to their house while you are away....or ask a neighbor to come in every day
