I wanted to age gracefully but like you, I never did anything gracefully. Wished I had tried harder though!

I plan to age gracefully and naturally as possible because I take care of myself, so aging shouldn't be a problem.

I plan to age gracefully, but work hard at it! I will continue to work out, use sunscreen, and eat mostly healthy. But most of all I will continue to laugh and enjoy life as it comes. My motto is to not try to look young for my age, but to look good for my age!

I'm already aged, like fine wine. I don't color my hair (it really doesn't need it) or plan to have any cosmetic procedures. I've earned both my "laugh lines" and a little bit of a frown line but I'm ok with all of that. What I DON'T like is what aging is doing to my memory and energy level but it comes with being "lucky enough" to live this long and have no medical problems. (I'm 54) I am also lucky enough to have a lot of 20 and 30 somethings in my life that help me think young.

Susan, at age 52, having become a DJ 2 years ago has rejuvenated me. far younger girls kind of flirt w/ me all the time, i act like a kid, and most believe me to be in my early 40's. i don't no how much more graceful i might become by being modestly DISgraceful, lol!
