Can i have windows xp 64 bits and windows xp 32 bits installed in the same computer but in diferent hard disc?

you could also have them both installed on the same disk either through partitioning and/or virtualization.

yes you can, but you would have to have both OS's on the same hard drive and have a dual boot. They can not be on different hard drives.

yes you can even put them on the same hard drive just use different partitions.
