In that format it's OK. It depends on what each team needs, there are definite losses and gains on both sides of this deal.
Jones has a much higher value in roto than he does in H-2-H and Rolen has a higher value H-2-H, Freel is the often over rated player who at some point during the year finds the bench in favor of another player. It sucks but his stats usually represent about 2/3 of a season - if he plays every game he will be a good pick up, but we all say that about him every year.
The trade is pretty even. Andruw's BA dives about 15 points after the allstar break - so does Rolen.

It depends on your league's settings. If you are in a default league, then I would say the person receiving Rolen and Freel gets a slight advantage.

andruw jones is going to have a career year in 2007 because this is his last year for his contract so he will be trying hard to make the money he wants but scott and freel are both good but i think you should do it

yeah thats a good trade rolen still has it even tho hes like 40 and freel is a good fill in
