Sure, a woman can screw things up just as badly as a man

Leading a nation is ridiculously difficult and complex - no matter who you are.

The outrageously complex US President job my be the next proving ground. I don't envy whichever man or woman gets that job.

A well educated woman could run a country just as well as a man and there are probably alot of women that could run a country better, women have an inner strength that makes them stronger but a softness which means they are more understanding, of course there a lot of women that would be useless at running a country but the same is true with men. If you look at britain the rime minister that did the most for the country to date was margret thatcher the only ever woman prime minister. If you look back in history and see nearly every man to have power has made huge and in alot of cases devastating istakes. I can't help feeling if it had been women in charge maybe the world could be a better place with less past mistakes and less violance and war.

Depends on the women and the men you're talking about-some women will do better running a country and some men will do better running a country. Women run many countries now, unlike the United States....

I think when you have a man in the office that man runs the country. If you have a woman at the top she eithier does a Fiona, or another man reigns through her. If I would want to take over a country I would push for feminism, liberate the women, tell the women to revolt against the men, make the women give the men headaches, finally put them in power although they dont have the balls for it or know what they are doing (it can be achieved through quotas) and then I would rule through a set of women like a king.

It's possible, but doubtful. Women and men tend to have different interests, so I don't think a woman would run the country quite the way a man would.

Margaret Thatcher also said: "I owe nothing to Women's Lib."

*Queen Elizabeth I (England) had the "Golden Years" era for England. Every thing she did turned to gold. "

* In Russia, Catherine II the Great.

In no way should this imply that I support Former First Lady, Mrs. Hilary R. Clinton ... she scares the fur off my butt.
