What is the most reliable laptop computer out there right now? One that has the fewest problems? Right now I have a Dell, and it's been really good, but I think it may be time for a new one.

i don't like dell too much.
gateway is pretty good. of course macs are good. but i all in all would prefer HP.. they're affordable and very good. toshiba is getting popular too.

Not Dell. The most reliable computer would be a Mac. But if you want a windows computer you should get a HP.

Sony and Toshiba are the best if you're looking for a Windows machine, but just getting a Mac would probably be your best bet.

just get one with a decent warranty and you'll be fine....none of the branded computers offer any real customizations and they all use lowest bid-of-the-month components so just compare the hardware specs you want, the price, and warranty

you all ready own the best.dell just get a upgrade on it.
