My iPod Nano won't turn off. How can I fix that?

It also won't add songs to my On-The-Go playlist. How can I fix these problems?

I just tried resetting it and I tried to turn it off, and it didn't work. :(

You must have really turned it on!!!! Try to be a little less exciting, and maybe it will decide to turn off! LOL!

Go to your local Apple store. They have iPod geniuses.

un plug it, and hold down the middle, and top button at the same time. this resets it. tell us if it works!!!
