slim to none, I think you have to miss 7 before doctor's suggest that you start over with a new pack, because it's less effective.
One pill is not going to make a difference, but be careful. If you get into the habit of forgetting, you might get a surprise!

None at all. My ex boyfriend's mom used to be a nurse and she said if a women goes a month without the pill then she'll get pregnant but if you missed one day then chances are you won't because it's still in your system and according to her as a ex nurse she said that it takes a hole month before the pill leaves the females system.
