As the riff raff next door have gone away on vacation, I've put their house up for sale at a rock bottom price. When they come back, somebody else will be living there. Was that the right thing to do?

No! I wish my nieghours would move its like living next door to a dump, the rubbish outside is discusting, i hate to think what inside is like!

You might have missed out.
Riff raff usually end up in prison for selling illegal tobacco and booze so you could have had a nice empty house next door where you could use the garden for parties in the summer.
I suppose at least you wont have to look at those cheap tattoos, the 16 kids and the ford escort on the drive with no wheels any longer.

Eh.. Do not sell your neighbours house! The sale contract won't be valid anyway but it will be annoying for your neighbours, devestating for the buyers, and land you in a lot of hot water!

...it certainly was...having riff raff living next door lowers the value of your own property...any sensible house owner would have done the same.....
