Judging by your question... it is hard to know where to begin. Your question tells me that you really need the basics.

Let's look at a page of script... You have to describe the setting in detail, who is present and what they are doing as the scene opens... what are they holding in their hand? standing, sitting?

I suggest you jot down your ideas and then take extensive courses in creative script writing...
Good luck and follow your dream ALWAYS!

First of all you have to make sure that you are familiar with everything that you are writing for your characters. You have to know everything about them I.e. their quirks, attitudes, likes, dislikes, etc... For a Sitcom it usually is 23-26 pages. Each page represents a minute. For TV it is usually longer. You can't pitch an idea for any studio if it isn't authentic or well though out. First and foremost you have to know the format of the script that you are writing.

Always write what you feel or what your vision is!!Read it afterwards and make any changes that you like then have others (people that you trust)do likewise.Join a writing group or take a class for an objective point of view.Only rewrite the pages or sections in question and KEEP your originals.
