Well thats kind of hard but Shea butter is a natural lotion that is easy to get.

I'm not sure, but I think you can make it from rose petals. Find fresh roses and boil a handful of petals in 1/2 l of water.

I know you will need glycerin as an ingredient, but after that I am not sure.

you can use shea butter, bees wax, olive oil, vitamin E to preserve it. There are tons of recipes on the web.
