Personally, I like Michael best, and you can always use Mike as a nickname--it has such a masculine sound. But if you can't decide just use Michael Liam or Liam Michael. I don't know your last name, so try both of them out with it and see how they sound. Or you might pick one and save the other for your next son. Also have you considered using your husband's name if this is your firstborn son? A lot of men get a real charge out of having their son named after them.

Liam! This is so interesting.Michael is a real classic name but I think you'be happy to try the interesting name.If you like Michael ,how would you like the name Maxwell-Maxwell Liam or Liam Max? Also the name Logan(for the middle). How about Kurtis or Kurt with the K spelling, since Liam sounds kind of Eastern/Vietnamese?-to go with Liam for the middle name. You can always call the baby a nickname like LJ etc. I would go with the interesting name that I love. Joseph or Joel?with this?

I used to be obsessed with Michael and I still like it but it's SOOO common that it's kinda like "Ehhh..." now. And I usta feel the opposite about Liam. I didn't like the name, but now I like it a lot because it's unconventional and different, yet still modern which makes for a cool name. :-P
And if you wanted to make one a middle name, Liam Michael goes better than Liam Michael.

We named our son Lliam Charles, I liked the silent "L." Everybody thinks his name is William, and I have to say his name like 5 times. It gets misunderstood as "Limb" frequently, so his funny nickname is "Treebranch" Also call him Lemon Face Limmy, cuz he had a sour look constantly as a newborn. So I am biased towards the name Liam, though Michael is nice also.
