NO neither of them do! John Cena's muscles are real! He has been working out since he was 15, and he is turning 30 on April 23, so he has to have muscles! Cena and Batista dont take steroids they are better then that!

I think that they both take them. I think Batista more than Cena, as Cena does look more natural, but I would assume that they have both taken them.
And for the record, I have no problem with either Batista or Cena, as I am a traditional wrestling fan and still beleive in cheering the good guys.

ok I am an adult and have been a faithful WWE fan for almost 20 years. i only mention this as a matter of perspective. in the history of the WWE we had wrestlers like Lex Luger, and Big Pappa Pump both of who used steroids rampantly, Lex Luger ended up killing Mrs. Elizabeth, and Big Pappa Pump was arrested a few times. the US Senate stepped in in the early 90s and investigated what was at that time the WWF. vince received a huge fine and almost got jail time for the steroid use that was running rampant in his company. so in approximately 1995 he began random blood testing of his wrestlers. BLOOD TESTING! not piss tests which can easily be cheated on. even one positive test and you can never work for vince again. partly because if vince is ever caught again allowing steroids he will be put in prison. that is not something that any 60 year old billionaire wants to happen. so in response to your question no batista and cena do not use steroids. neither does anyone else in the WWE. the only drug he really lets go without stepping in unless he has to is marijuana. most of the guys in the WWE have dreamed of being there their entire life. so they work very very hard to keep in shape to stay there. and lashley is in the same shape he was when he retired from the United States Army. with hard work and determination and the right genetics anyone can be built like that.

I personally think Cena is not on steroids but Batista probably is. Look at his arms! Anway in wrestling ability Cena is better than Batista so more people should be dissing Batista than Cena.

According to Cena on a Howard Stern interview, he claims he doesn't take steroids. Chris Kanyon called in (or was a guest later on, I can't remember the order) and claims Cena does indeed take steroids.
Addition: Yes, I hate John Cena. But those are the facts. Don't ask a question if you don't want to hear them.

cena/batista do take steriods cuz there is no possible they can be so big and huge
do u even know how big they are !!! they are actually very huge
and everyone would deny about not being on roids but the fact is u cant be that big unless u r on steriods like cena/batista
so assumption is they both are on roids

Cena's muscles, i think, are natural but batista's muscles are by steroids. i, also, am sick of all the ppl dissing cena. he gives 100% every time he gets in the ring. he deserves more respect than what he gets. :)
