You give me a computer to fix. I put all of the information on three identical forms. One stays with me, you take one, and one stays with the computer.
What is this called? And what is the most efficient way to do this if I am fixing computers for a college fund raiser? Is there any software and office supplies that can help me with this?

You just need a triplicate receipt/log book.

Relation date base

In which an

Invoice
Backup
&
Report are created by entering in the required information

Normally the three systems are related and linked together.
