One theory is that the moon is artificial and was put into orbit when our species was too young to remember. There actually are some ancient stories about a time before there was a moon. Every lander we have put on the moon has caused the moon to 'ring', vibrate strangely, for 15 minutes after the lander had landed. This is baffling as the moon should not act this way, unless it is hollow.

I really don't know but, my 2 dogs and 2 cats are psycho on those nights. My dogs stay outside when the weather permits. Last night at 2 am it was almost like daylight on a cloudy day out. The little vixen (my favorite) was sitting under a tree howling at the moon! Lucky I live near no other houses. She can howl all night if she wants to and boy She does! The cats fight more during full moons.

People started mooning each other in the 17th Century as a way of saying, "I show you my backside because I think very little of you." It evovled over the years becoming a common fraternity prank (mooning the president of a college, for instance), high school prank (mooning your principle on the last day of school) and it has also been a plumber's trademark sartorial trait for the past 40 years or so. Today, the half-moon can commonly be seen at malls, major league baseball games and state fairs as fat chicks embrace the new low-hipped jeans that they can't--but wish--they could fit into.

Im pretty sure there is something to them. The moon has gravitational effect on oceans which are water and we humans are what 97% water or something. so the slight change in gravity does something to us too. I always feel like partying more when its a full moon. And my wang is about 1/4" bigger than usual too.
