I am sure the person who fell would sue the zoo and win in todays society. I know that he should have been watching where he was going but thats like the people sueing mcdonalds for making them fat or sueing because of hot coffee. So I have to say its the janitorial staff at the zoo who is at fault and that is probaly what a judge would rule. LOL
