In other words I will be moving to south in april, but I see that there are some job oppurtunities now. Should I apply for those jobs now and put the date when I can start. Or should I wait and apply when the moving date is near?

You can apply before you move to a new city. Take time-off from work if necessary. Send your resume and cover-letter to companies where you want to work.

In your cover-letter to prospective employers, tell them when you will be in their city (give exact dates) and available to meet with them regarding job opportunities.

This is how I did it when I moved from one state to another. It worked well and I got a job offer.

Good Luck.

There's nothing to stop you from applying for the job. But - you will need to clearly state when you will be availible (if at all) for interviews prior to the move; and you will also need to be very specific and upfront with the potential employer about when you can start. Otherwise you'll just waste your and their time. Good luck.
