I would not rule out if vehicle jumped timing (be off by one to 2 teeth or more at timing belt). and throw off distributor timing ( IF I recall, the distributor attaches to the camshaft). Also could be (assuming crankshaft and camshaft timing is OK) the distributor timing could be too advance or too retarded. I hope this helps.
PS: I happen to own a 92 century and an 02 venture and hope this reply does not jinx you.

air out sounds like bad PCV valve. if the car is turning over normally and not fast the timing shouldnt be the issue.

if you turn the key and it just keeps cranking and not starting it could be a couple things.....maybe the starter is bad, if you can locate your start, tap it lightly with a wrench or hammer and try to start it.....if its not your starter, it could be your timing belt or timing chain....if the timing belt/chain is bad then it will never start

It means it's time to call the tow truck. When they show up, ask them to tow it over to the garage. Call the garage, tell them it's on the way.

You probably parked next to a chevy that day. I did that one time and my car wouldn't crank either.
