It depends on how much you smoked and when the last time you did it. However the blunt of it is out of your system in generally a few days 3 or 4. but traces will always remain in your tissue you may be able to pass a urine test or blood test after a few months but in those weeks you would have to drink alot of water and juice! However if a hair follicle test is done you are a 100% screwed traces can remain for years! The best thing you can do is never ever go near that stuff it is the worse drug out there and has the fastest growing addiction rate.

I am not sure about the bloodstream, but when the hair is tested it can go back as far as 90 days. The urine will have it out within 2-4 days (depending on strength and use). I am thinking the hair or maybe it's the blood can go back even further. When they have showed the Forensics shows (the real life ones) on TV, they have traced back 'poisoning' histories for years based on a hair sample.

Lets just say that I know my past drug use bars me from ever joining the FBI, and that really sucks! Stupid, stupid, stupid!! Um, yep - stay away from it :).

There are lots of 'detox' drinks out there that can help flush it out. Drinking a ton of water helps (and you should be doing this anyway, so that you don't become dehydrated), but drug testing places are trained to note the color of your urine. An overly flushed system is going to have urine that may appear to clear and kind of give you away.

You are a pretty, young, lady. If you like you being pretty and not (more) crazy, please don't smoke meth. You don't need to walk that path. Drinking lots of water will help flush it out. Give it 10-15 days and you should be fine to pass a piss test. You're probably screwed on the hair test.

Drink plenty of fluids, maybe some green tea, juices, (cranberry) and check out the lifestyles of the Meth addicts. that stuff drains the life out of people, all that's left is empty shells of desparation.
