I figured out the number sequence by pressing the eject and sync button at the same time. I've looked everywhere and they don't seem to have a meaning for it.

the 3 means 3 red lights
the 4 or you can call it 0 means 4 red lights
the 1 means 1 light

so on..

can someone tell me if they ever experienced this

Have you had it Tate??

Well, its at the repair center now, but I wanted to know if I'm the only one with this error.

its a number sequence not 5 different occasions.

If you experience an error you find the error code by pressing the eject button and the sync button at the same time. This reads out a number sequence via the amount of red lights one after another.

say you get 3 red lights.

you press the sync and eject button. It gives you 1 red light, again you do it and it give 4 then 2 then 1 and keeps repeating

Not exactly sure if this will be on any help, but I have two xbox 360s, both of which have had problems in the past. One light means hardware failure, two lights mean that the xbox is over heated, three red lights is like a critical hardware failure i.e. "three lights of death", and four lights means you either did not hook up the cables to your tv or the cables are broken.
