Again for the somewhat slow, this is not a yes or no question.

Answering "Legal" or "Illegal" is the same as answering yes or no so dont bother even answering that way.

Don't use the stuff myself and if it were legal I would not then either.
I do feel it should be legalized for simple economic reasons.
If it were regulated and taxed as cigarettes are is would infuse huge tax $ into the government and maybe they would keep their hands out of our pockets for an extra hour or two.
Also there would be huge saving realized in law enforcement as they would not have to chase the smugglers and dealers any more.
Lastly this would reduce the profits of organized crime as they would not be needed to move the stuff anymore. This might be the biggest benefit of all.

legal since the gov't makes so much $ on this demand
states already use it for medicinal purpose, other countries don't abolish drug use the same way either. Anslinger's been dead since the vietnam war era !
booze and cigs are addictive and cause death so what's the difference?
