I'm looking for a word like 'racism' but prejudice towards people with bad language skills.

I know exactly what you mean by your question -- I've wondered this before too.

Perhaps "classism" is the word you're looking for. The language of people who make mistakes in grammar and pronunciation is socially marked, right? What we're assuming by their non-standard language use is that they are sub-standard in some way: They're uneducated or unsophisticated or just plain "not smart like us."
(Note: These are the common assumptions we make, and do not represent my own opinions)

It's about social class, so I'd say it's a form of classism.

If you are a student that is what school is all about. If you are not a student you need to speak and write correctly because what you say is what you want people to hear and understand.
