Absolutely!!! Until there is a constitutional amendment banning the use/sale/purchase of narcotics, the DEA is an illegal organization. Isn't it funny that in order to ban alcohol, Congress felt the need to pass a constitutional amendment, but today, they are unburdened by such concerns.

of course, it's no better than the fda. an example is red yeast rice, which has statins in it to lower cholesterol. our government outlawed red yeats rice because a drug maker was marketing a drug with the same statin lowering ingredients. l-tryptophan is another example, it was taken off the market 4 days before prozac hit the market, l-tryptophan competes with prozac. our government isn't protecting us, it is protecting big business to create one world order. that isn't crazy talk, it is an objective of our government. to rule the world. what if iraq had of decided that our government wasn't serving it's people and invaded us, we would of really had a problem with that, but we think it is fine to do that to another country. bush has caused the death of more citizens than sadam ever did, but he is a hero. what kind of crazy thinking is that? a killer is a killer. period. he does not have the right to tell other people whats in their best interest. no more than others have that right for us.

Yeah, sure... while we're at it, we should just abolish the Criminal Justice system in it's entirety and go to Hammurabi's code: "An Eye For An Eye". I'm sure that would turn out famously... No, we shouldn't.

Yes. It is a waste of money. We are not now and never will win the war on drugs. As the Austin, Texas band Asylum Street Spankers band sings; "if we are winning the war on drugs then why are they everywhere"?
