If a guy ejaculates, then wipes his semen with tissue, then goes to wash his hands (just briefly) and dries his hand (briefly again) and then fingers me, can i get pregnant?

very unlikely... sperm dies when exposed to soap and wont live on a tissue or on skin

Technically, yes, but if this is an actual situation and the guy washed, or even just rinsed his hands, I'd say it is extremely unlikely that you'd get pregnant that way. Rinsing and drying his hands and THEN touching you? Yeah, no, I seriously doubt it.
So... are you worried that you're pregnant? Or are you already sure you are and you're just trying to pinpoint the daddy? If it's the first, then rest easy... You're not pregnant.

It's possible, but not likely. Even though he rinsed his hands off, it's always better to err on the side of caution. He should have at least washed with soap and hot water for a reasonable amount of time.

He would have had to of came and then right then fingered you becuz sperm once exposed to air had a short life span...(proven fact) so there is absolutly NO way you can get prego. But u did have sex right? So yea thats where you could have gotten prego.

Although.. You'd think that if it was possible, we would have heard of someone who got pregnant without having sex (and by just doing the activities you just mentioned)

yes, if one litttle guy gets in, no matter how he gets in, you can get pregnant.
