I just got a Samsung slider phone and I dont like it. It has bad reception and dropped calls. Which phones do you think get the best reception and are all around good phones?

Ok, well it all depends on what kind of features you want. I am guessing you have the Samsung D807 phone right now. (thats the only slider with cingular right now.) If your main thing is wanting a camera, then get a Motorola Razr. They have pretty good cameras. But if you are hard on your phone do not get one. They are very flimsy and break easily. Now if you just want an all around phone go with a Sony Ericsson W300i. This phone has a walkman, and you can download your own MP3's to it. You cant get many songs on it without a microSD card, but those arent very expensive. I have this phone and it is a great phone. I love the walkman feature with it. It has a wonderful speaker in it and it is a great quality. Another good phone is the Nokia 6102i. It has a great phone, good camera quality, and wonderful reception. Hope that helped

I have a Motorola V235 phone, it works great! The reception is very good, even in the country area that I live in. I have never had a dropped call with it.
