To find out previous activity, using windows explorer, go to the C:, then find the directory "Documents and Settings", then find which user you were logged in as, say "bob", then go into the "bob" directory, and find the "recent documents" directory. This will tell you what documents, images etc that was accessed recently. You can also look at the Web history by looking in the cookies directory or looking in the Temproary Internet FIles sub directory, which is found under the Local Setting directory. Everything you need to know should be in one of those sub directories. Now, if they have cleared the cache, and history, it may be more difficut to find, but you could also check the registry as some info will be stored there as well.
In the future, to find out everything someone did, you could install a key logger or some other type of monitoring program that takes screen shots, and lets you see everything they did....

First off, what I do is I put a log on for my computer and I have three one is my personak one which I give to no one, the other is one for friends or family that want to use the computer this is something that I got hip to. It works , it safe for u so you know what people are viewibg on your computer. You can go to the users history though and it can pull up the history of your computer.
