Depends how much you do of it. I personally have never really like smoking, but I occasionally will have a cigar if someone gives me one. As for beer, as long as you are staying under 3 a day you are fine. It's a mans natural right to be able to drink beer.

This is kind of a silly question... I mean, Everyone SHOULD stop smoking and drinking beer. Unfortunately it's all too much fun.
Anyway, YES. Especially if you are asking b/c you want to lose weight. You stop drinking first, then a few months after you've quit stop smoking.

Yes. It will be hard to do both at the same time. Try to quit smoking first that will be the hardest. Good Luck

if dying for having fun smoking and drinking is worth it to you then keep it up. in my opinion, smoking is not fun and is NOT worth it. neither is drinking, but at least you get drunk in the process.

No...what's the point? You're going to die anyway, what if you get all healthy and eat right, get hit by a bus and your last meal was a salad?
