1st- get out of that mindset. Remember how your first grade teacher used to say "there is always something that you can do better than anyone else"? It is true. Even if it is small, you can.

2nd- try new hobbies
Do something you are good at and work your way up to something like a self owned buisness or such.

3rd Be Positive! think I can, not I can't! I will, not I won't!

Have you tried speaking with a therapist or counsellor? If you're a student then there are free counselling services at your school. If you have health insurance than sometimes it's covered under that, go to the webpage for your health insurance company. If you aren't insured, then look for a free or pay-what-you-can clinic in a local city.

Seeing a therapist or counsellor doesn't mean that you're weak, it's fixing a broken aspect of your body, just like you'd go to a doctor if you broke your arm. Best wishes.

TRy to find a brighter side of things..not just the negativity. Things could definately be worse. You could be some poor, homeless little kid..in a war ridden world..where you just pray that you get to wake up and have a meal the next day. Things can always be worse.

find something you want to do and set a goal. use the s.m.a.r.t. process for doing it. make sure it is Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic, and Timed. then take action. you cannot accomplish anything without first taking action. too many times you see people go through life depressed because they havent done anything because they were afraid to take action. that is the first step towards being succesful at anything. smart people make mistakes, wise people learn what not to do. go forth and prosper taking that first step towards what you want to do.
