Quick way is to use audio hosting like http://boomp3.com . Upload your file there, and you will get a link.

you can go to angelfire.com and make a website then upload it. then you have to periodically sign into angelfire or else they'd close down your website if it's inactive.
you'd end up with something like
http://www.angelfire.com/asdf123/blog/songtitle.mp3

you could upload it to megaupload or something like that but then you have to go through som pages.
