I've heard of both Gaelic football and hurling but never seen either of them which is a shame I am English by the way and have lived in Wales for the past 25 years

It's actually played here in the Uk as well - there's a London-Irish GAA team. I would assume it's played in the USA as wel, since so many Americans claim to be of Irish desecendancy! Do you remember the discos they used to have in the clubhouses!

I've heard of it! then again I do live in Ireland...I can see our local GAA club from my window lol...I didnt know they played it in australia though, ha :D

im irish but i was in london recently and australia and theres gaa clubs in both places. aussie rules is a version of it and in brooklynn in new york and in boston theres heaps of gaa clubs.
