THERE IS A FUNCTION ON MY COMPUTER THAT ALLOWS YOU TO MAKE ALL THE LETTERS CAPS WITHOUT USING CAPS LOCK OR SHIFT ITS CALLED "STICKY KEYS" CAN ANYONE HELP ME

You know when you are pressing shift button for more than 6-8 times or keep it more than 6-8 seconds a beep sounds plays and a dialouge box appearce.Thenstickry keys active.
Just hold down right shift for 8 seconds
A pop up box will appear explaining sticky keys
Click Cancel for deactive.
Click settings for more options to set.
Restart is not needed

Click settings (I think) to configure sticky keys
Disable the sticky keys in the options

press the shift key five times, should do the trick
