I'll start from the bottom up.
RP: K-rod and Street are amazing and will get your ERA low and your save count high, Saito provides depth, this is the perfect RP set.
SP: I love Harang, strikeouts galore. Beckett is inconsistent but can win 18 games. Olsen is hit and miss, he can get torn up, or he can pitch 8 scoreless innigs. Contreres isnt that good of a pick. If you can try to trade him and Loretta for a better pitcher.
Util: Beltre will come back i think, good pick
OF: Great Contact and Speed. Too bad their all lead off hitters or number 2 hitters. This is lack of power and rbis. Hawpe had a great year last year but now Colorado is stacked with good hitting, so Hawpe's stats will improve.
SS: Young is great power and RBI's as well as runs. Hudson is only good for his glove. Not RBI's HR's and avg.
3B: Hall will breakout, hes under the radar good pick.
2B: Utley is evrything, little speed, great avg. power and rbis.
1B: Texeira is amazing all around hitter, but Loretta, ouch. Check the Astros depth chart and ull c, hes not gonna start. So dump him.
C: Pudge is gonna do well, stick with him.
Overall: Drop Duffy and Loretta and try to get Dave Roberts in a trade, hes your darkhorse.
Hope This Helps
Peace

6-7.You have a very good catcher. Considering there is about only 7 good catchers. You got one of the better ones. David Ortiz! Go Sox! This guy is great he hits some many bombs and racks up the RBIs. Can't go wrong here. Josh Barfield very good choice. He is a sleeper and a good choice since Cano and Utley probably were gone early. Expect a great season. Aramis Ramirez is about the 3rd best 3B in fantasy baseball. Great season ahead epically with Alfonso Soriano and Derek Lee in the lineup. Hanley is a top notch SS and can rack up you some steals. Manny is part of the Ortiz-Ramirez combo where these two will never go wrong. Expect him the same as Ortiz with a better average. Patterson will earn you a few more steals and a good average. And expect a good season from Sheffield. Your bench is decent with Adrian Gonzalez on there it should do good. But your better off picking up a backup second baseman or catcher. Dice-K is a good pitcher. His spring training has been great. Expect a great season and a ROY. Andy Pettitte is ok keep you eye on him and Capuano. Capuano has been having a tough spring training giving up 7 runs to the White Sox in 2 innings is something to worry about. The D-Train, Millwood and Lilly are all decent. Good thing have the D-Train on your team. Last season was rough but, expect more this year. Good relive pitching with Wainwright, Fuentes and Gonzalez. I expect a good number of saves. The only problem with that pitching staff is you need more Ks. People to watch for are Edwin Encarcion go projection for this season. You could pick him up and trade him or Gonzalez. You would get some one good for those guys. I bet you will make the playoffs with this team.

By Position:
C - Good as anybody
1B - A big maybe, Tex slumped last year, rebound?
2B - The best in F-baseball
3B - Weak, Hall has flashes of power, but low AVG and is questionable in my mind
SS - Young is excellent and moves to third in batting order which may add RBIs
OF - Damon is solid and I like Rios (health?), the rest are just adequate
U - Weak, not what he used to be 2-3 years ago
SP - Good bunch, if Beckett improves, might be real good
RP - LOVE his group, should be good for saves and help with ERA and WHiP.
By Category:
HR - Rarely win - Tex is only real power
RBI - Win 50-60% if OF can contribute
Runs - Win 40-50%, Damon is solid/Utley and Young would need to step up big
SB - Damon is the only big threat, can't win many (20%)
AVG - Despite Hall and Beltre dragging it down, you might win this often if Tex can over about .280.
W - Good bunch, but I might drop one of those OFs and grab one more SP for insurance.
S - You should win this against all but the teams that stack closers.
Ks - Relievers will contribute nicely, win most of the time
ERA - Again, relievers will contribute nicely. You'll win this one often.
WHiP - Once again, relievers will contribute nicely.
See if you can get another solid OF and lose at least one extra OF (replace with a decent SP). Also Mark Loretta isn't expected to start as of now.

Very strong team, I'm not in love with Hall, but he is pretty good. Try moving pudge for a different catcher, he is only getting older. Your outfield, despite their numbers from last year should be pretty good. If Haren comes back healthy and Beckett goes back to his Florida days you could have a title contender on your hands.

Very good team. Batting average shouldn't be a problem at all with all your great contact hitters, speed shouldn't cause any problems either with damon, rios, and duffy, and then saves is a gimme with 3 good closers all on good teams.
One suggestion: Put duffy as your utility players instead of beltre, duffy will helps in average and stolen bases and i think beltre's phenominal year he had in L.A. was a total fluke.
Great team, 9/10
