could you please tell me how to remember this table, and your understanding.thanks

Divide the table into sections and memorize each section separately. Start on the left and memorize first IA then IIA. Next memorize the right, learning IIIA, IVA, VA, VIA, VIIA, and VIII in sequence. Next learn the middle of the table, IIIB far left through IIB far right. Finally, learn the lanthanidew and then the actinide rare earths at the bottom.

You'll have to ask a question again to explain more what you mean about "understanding."

None of my chemistry professors ever made me memorize the whole table but as you may know, just by practicing them and working with the elements, you begin to know the elements. and they become a second nature to you. another way is also making flashcards and studying those. yep.hope that helps! goodluck

You'll have to sit down and look at it for ALONG time. It is the only way really.
