They did show him going into the monster but he'll probably come back in the 3rd one.

I think Capt. Jack is alive and well, living inside the Kraken (Like Jonah and the whale story except the Kraken could eat a whale for dinner). It would be the simplest storyline, I think.

The last we saw of Jack was him leaping into the monster's teeth-filled mouth, but there is no evidence that he died (not in the movie anyway). Capt. Jack Sparrow has a magical touch when it comes to not dying.

Yeah, The third one is being made right now but it doesnt take a genius to find that out. They are going back for him in it. I know everybody is saying the same thing. There is really not anything you can say but this sooooo the last thing I have to say is ..............GOOD LUCK!!

yes, i have that movie, look it up on google, Jack is dead, but he will definetly come back to life in the third movie

and he will be rescued from there in the third movie. it's supposed to be somewhat like Purgatory.
