How do i shave my pubic area so that it isn't rough?

I've never been able to get smooth results from shaving that area. Any tips on how i can do this.

my suggestion is waxing. waxing makes it a lot smoother and with a razor you are likely to get a staph infection.

Women think they aren't supposed to have any stubble after they shave down there, but shaving always causes some stubble. shaving is never going to give as good results as waxing. it hurts but its worth it, it lasts a long time. if u still want to shave make sure u use a conditioner or shave cream, and shave in the direction the hair grows. also try a depilitory like nair..

If you aren't obsessed with smooth-use a beard trimmer on the parts the bathing suit doesn't cover and really good shaver for the rest. The beard trimmer won't make it smooth, but, it won't itch either.
