and everything is plugged in but the internet isnt working and neither is the digital cable and the Router says everything except Link and telephone 2 is connected.. wats wrong

I had the same problem not too long ago. Try unplugging your router for thirty seconds, then plug it back in. If that doesn't fix it, call Cox and they will walk you through a troubleshooting process and they will get you up and running again. Hope this helps. Also try right clicking on your little computer screen icon on the bottom right of the screen and left click on "repair", if you didn't already do that.

Improv ... If this is a new installation with Cox, maybe you should just try again and make sure you follow the directions carefully. If the retry doesn't work, call customer service. You might have a common problem or one that's easily recognized. They should be able to get you up and running in a snap.
