because they could get the DNA from the diapers.. from the body fluids and solids (so to speak)

yeah, they could burn the diapers, but i bet the nanny could be bought off by the rag mags...but maybe if searched..still could smuggle one out under clothes

they, whoever they are, are not dumb. I bet every diaper and baby wipe is incinerated. The nanny probably has to be searched and so forth. If not-- I'm sure the paparazzi has baby DNA at this very moment!!

That can't be done. The evidence would have to be taken and secured or someone could say it was tampered with. I'm sure there will be a DNA ordered by the court probably this month,but the first thing that was the most important at the present time was to get Anna Nicole buried.There will be a lot more to come when it comes to Anna, the baby and the father. RIP Anna Nicole Smith!!!!!!

What would be the point in stealing or buying the baby's diaper? And it's not the baby that they want, it's the inheritance they want.

From what I gathered from HKS's lawyer, it's Howard's family that's helping him take care of the baby. I don't know why everyone just don't let Howard raise his kid in peace. His name is on the birth certificate, and Anna wanted him to raise the baby. People need to just let this woman rest in peace.
