caring for the elderly?

i adore my elderly lady who is 83 but she has got this awful bunion and it is causing her so much pain and suffering.we have tried everything(yes that includes the family) any suggestions.iam her carer.please help

Take her to a podiatrist and they will do bunion removal operation which will remove the bunion and doesn't t hurt Good luck
