Sounds daft but i really giggle at Monsters inc the twins in a bunk bed gag gets me every time. But if its really really funny you want then look no further than Lee Evans you will wet your pants with laughter.

Oh wow.. what a question... well i love DODGBALL..etc.. Though possibly the funniest was ME, MYSELF AND IRENE.. Another great one would be DUECE BIGALOW: MALE GIGALO.
Ice Age is probably the funniest animated film.
Going back a fair few years i would have said Spies LIke us (loved that movie).
